The First Presbyterian Church of Eureka is recruiting for a Church Secretary/Administrative Assistant. The successful applicant will have good administrative experience with demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Quick Books and experience with social media important; personable communication skills very important; access to a car preferred. You would report to the Pastor as well as provide support for other Church programs, manage correspondence, publish a monthly electronic newsletter, and carry out other similar duties as required. We are a welcoming encouraging and generous staff/church of mostly volunteers. You will be expected to work twenty five (25) hours per week regularly but may be asked to work more occasionally with notice. Compensation is $15.00 per hour with vacation, holiday pay, and sick leave benefits.
