We are seeking a front office assistant who is a customer service multi-tasker with phones, computers, clients and associates. Job duties include answering phones, filing, reviews and responds to applications, checks references, and schedules interviews. Candidates should be proficient with Apple IOS, JobAdder, Google Suites, and Scheduling Software. Candidates should be able to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish and English. We are excited to add to our internal team.
