We have an opening for Store Manager at our Garberville Location, 830 Redwood Drive.
Employment status: Full time, hourly employee
Direct Supervisor: Central District Manager

Other potential bonuses may include:
$100 quarterly Safety Bonus/up to $400 annual if achieved
$100-$200 monthly Propane Sales Bonus/ up to $1,200-$2,400 annual if achieved
$100 Monthly Coffee Sales Bonus/ up to $1,200 if achieved
Annual Profit Sharing bonus
Bi-monthly bonus program: if achieved a potential annual bonus of approximately $3,000-$4,000= $1.86/hour.
Travel Reimbursement: employees commuting more than 45 miles one way to work will receive $30 per day they report to work.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership qualities and MUST be able to effectively communicate and delegate to staff; time management, promote a sense of team among staff, and maintain a professional environment for staff and customers
Retail/Register experience is required.
Supervisory experience required
Basic computer knowledge and skills required
The ability to perform math such as adding, subtracting, and multiplication is required
Duties include but not limited to:
Staff Relations: such as hiring, training, supervising, coaching, scheduling, employee conflict resolution, assuring labor hours stay within allowed budget, etc.
Delegating tasks and ensuring completion
Maintains clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Responsible for overall appearance of the store and surrounding property as well as employee behavior and conduct
Inventory: ensuring store is stocked appropriately for customer needs, while minimizing over stocking
Money Handling & paperwork: entering invoices, preparing cash deposits, fuel deliveries, responsible for all accounting paperwork i.e.: daily register paperwork, invoices and fuel deliveries
Responsible for minimizing cash shortages and theft
Knowledge of gov't agency paperwork and regulations to ensure compliance
Aztec Grill
This location is home to one of our 16 Aztec Grills. While there is a Lead Cook to oversee the daily operations, as well as an Aztec Grill District Manager to oversee all of the Lead Cooks in the district. This Store Manager is the on-site supervisor and has a shared responsibility to ensure the grill is operating to standards.
