Stable manufacturing company seeks an entry-level Applications Developer to join the close knit IT team at their gorgeous office in the Redding area.
Education - BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required without on-the-job experience.
Experience - 1 to 2 years of experience preferred developing software systems using one or more of these programming languages -
Visual Basic, C/C#, .Net or the latest version of RPG.
Great oral and written communication skills.
Duties - develop new software and maintain existing systems.
Work closely with end users and other Developers to determine priorities.
Answer users questions and solve software problems.
Interact with vendors on new software changes and releases.
Travel to various locations as needed.
