HealthSPORT is seeking candidates for the position of Personal Trainer to fulfill positions at our Eureka and By The Bay locations.Minimum Qualifications:
1. Fundamental Personal Training certification and AED/CPR
2. High level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic
3. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
4. Basic computer, web and mobile application skillsEssential Job Functions:
1. Uphold the Mission and Values of HealthSPORT
2. Perform HSPFit programming and manage HSPFit subscribers as directed by your supervisor
3. Provide a safe and effective training session every time
4. Begin and end all sessions on time, as scheduled
5. Ensure Fitness areas are clean, sanitized, organized and present well
6. Dress in professional fitness attire as defined in the HealthSPORT Dress Code
7. Maintain availability in Club Automation as agreed upon with the Fitness Director
8. Maintain accurate entries in Paycom, Club Automation, and GroupEx PRO daily
9. Attend meetings as scheduled
10. Represent HealthSPORT in community events as requestedPosition Status: Non-Exempt/Part-Time (schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)Apply HERE
