Hello my name is Trisha Owner of Natural Beauty; I am looking to share my space with a Lash Technician or a Massage Therapist who is either new to the industry or established. Natural Beauty is located at 427 F St Suite 222 in The Gross Building, Eureka.
You will work under the Natural Beauty as a hub but you’d be an independent contractor. Space is shared at $400 mo. Your schedule would be Mon-Fri and I would work Sat and Sun. You will be obligated to sign onto my lease with The Gross Building that expires 12/31/26 per the owner of The Gross Building. To be clear, your own business license and insurance will be needed prior to signing the lease. A contract between the two of us will also need to be agreed upon and that is something we can write up together so we are both respected.
