We are looking for some help in Northern California based out of Trihydro’s Roseville, Concord, or Arcata offices. The role is predominantly a field position and will require staff to work a stormwater and/or environmental technician with 1 – 5+ years of experience and training in the implementation of stormwater management and related environmental projects for sites across Northern California. The position will be based out of our Arcata and Roseville offices but will travel and operate at sites across Northern and Central California including the North Coast, Bay Area, Central Valley, and Sierras (clean driving record required). You will work as part of a team to ensure surface water bodies such as streams, rivers and the environment are not polluted. Field duties include conducting inspections, installing and maintaining stormwater pollution prevention measures and supervising construction subcontractors. Safety training (e.g., OSHA) and stormwater experience is desirable.

The preferred candidate will be based in the Arcata, CA area.

Our team is looking for someone who has:

Strong problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and accuracy, as well as a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables

1-5 years of relevant experience in a similar field

A clean driving record

Previous environmental inspection experience is a plus

Ability to work independently and in remote areas

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing project tasks on schedule

Integrity and dependability, with the ability to work individually or in a team environment
