We are a four-man crew with more work than we can handle well right now.
We've been in business for about 15-years doing all manner of residential work from new home construction to small remodels. We are sometimes involved in year-long high-end full-home remodels and we sometimes do fast and easy rot repairs and rehab projects. we ALWAYS do quality.
We need someone interested in full-time work.
You need to have your own basic tools and a solid vehicle (preferably a truck).
You need to have a few years experience in the trades and be able to work independently. We generally run 2.5 jobs at a time. You'll be given direction and guidance but you will also be left alone at times and will need to learn when to make decisions on your own and when to ask for help.
This is not an entry-level position.
You also need to be solid with your cell phone we are busy and we communicate with texted photos and group texts and I have no patience for some dude with a busted flip-phone and an old fashioned framing hammer talking about how things used to be.
Much of our work is inside the client's homes with clients hanging around. Your willingness to look professional, bring a positive attitude to the job, actually engage as a professional adult with the client, and always be aware that your actions are building our reputation is crucial. Even an excellent tradesman who is grumpy and dirty will not be a good fit for us.
We provide workman's comp insurance and can start at $25.00/hr and work our way up if we have a good fit.
If you have LOTS of experience and are scoffing at $25/hr please write to us as well. We really are looking forward at a lot of jobs and we need some help and we may be able to find a way to fold in a boss-level guy at a higher pay scale if you are the right person.
