Create, distribute, and analyze all social media content across all of our social platforms.

Helping to manage and oversee all social media platforms
Helping to create a clear strategic plan for content, look, and delivery of each media property
including the basicsFacebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
Working with project managers to produce powerfully delivered content end to end
The Goal is to
Exceed, Exceed, and Exceed Social Media KPI’sa straight line to success!
Capture, analyze, and optimize KPI data daily - knowledge of "Influencer Marketing"
Maintain all social media accounts to maximize brand targets
Build and execute social media strategies through research, awareness, planning, and benchmarking
Create, schedule, publish, and share stunning daily content
expand reach, build a tower of meaningful community, and motivate our audience to achieve desired actions
Be Comfortable With
Meeting deadlines, drafting copy, working in a fast-paced flexible environment
Making posts relevant, on topic, on target, interesting, and well-written
Continuously updating and optimizing to hit visibility benchmarks
Collaborating with location managers and staying on top of the latest products and trendsbe relevant
And Finally
Be eager to work with management and dial in effective plans to push sales across all stores and locations
Work with a CEO who is a master-marketer and understands sales funnels, live launching, and sales content at a very high level

Full Time Position w/Medical, Dental, and Vision
Work Location: Arcata CA or Local Remote
Technology Literacy: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite plus Established and Trending Social Media Platforms
Photography skills a must!
