Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be working with a large Health Insurance provider.Job Title: Call Center RepresentativeCompany: Kelly Services Inc.Responsibilities:
Respond to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers within established time frames utilizing current reference materials and available resources
Provide assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
