RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Global Associate Product Manager in Huntington Beach, CA.
Summary:
As Global Associate Product Manager, you will manage stakeholder experience and facilitate the development of projects that will support business objectives on the digital content roadmap. This role will assist in workflow optimization, improvement of photo studio systems infrastructure, and enhancements to the PIM system. The Product Manager will support internal departments such as the Global Photo Studios and E-commerce teams by working with IT and third-party development groups. A key component of this role is completing detailed and often complex requirements that promote a best-in-class digital content.
Responsibilities:
Global Associate Product Manager leads projects through all stages of the project lifecycle by working with Global Studios, E-commerce, IT, and other cross functional groups
Creates project plans; Gathers inputs from stakeholders and analyzes project scope, resource availability, deadlines, and other details
Builds knowledge base support documentation and socializes new processes with stakeholders
Identifies and analyzes project risks; Mitigates risks through appropriate response plans and solution-oriented escalation methods
As a Global Associate Product Manager, you will ensure efficiency, quality deliveries, and speed to market for certain IT integration and enhancement projects
Owns and optimizes global photo studio bug process
Maintains positive working relationships with e-commerce, IT, and brand stakeholders
Creates comprehensive user acceptance testing plans, conducts testing, and troubleshoots
Global Associate Product Manager communicates key milestones to partners and stakeholders via meetings, presentations, and written reports; Communicates weekly and ad hoc project status reports to executives and stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3 years of experience in ecommerce product management or business analysis in an IT environment
Direct work experience in project management capacity
Experience in business systems analysis, gathering requirements
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong familiarity with the software development life cycle process and complex enterprise systems
Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Preferred Skills:
Passion for emerging technologies and digital content
Jira and Confluence experience
Photo Studio experience ideal but not required
