We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced front-facing project manager (exhibiting a high degree of technical proficiency).
Candidates must have excellent problem-solving skills, a high degree of attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously. Seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who will work closely with our sales, production, installation and technical support departments to ensure quality installation and service of our emergency first responders alerting and dispatch systems.
The IT Technical PM is responsible for the implementation of our systems in government agencies nationally.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a project manager and at least 5 years working as a technical project manager
• Must be familiar with general IT infrastructure
• Attend project meetings, take notes and follow up on actionable items
• Perform impact analyses on additions or changes to projects in progress and be able to report on and track the underlying reasons for changes in deliverable
• Ensure the constant flow of communication between clients, business users and management
• Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of multiple simultaneous projects.
• Developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Creating and executing the project schedule, as well as, making appropriate revisions to effectively respond to changing circumstances and demands of projects.
• Coordinating project orders, production and installation schedules.
• Establish and maintaining relationships with subcontractors including agreements, scheduling, coordination and evaluation.
• Serve as a liaison between support teams and corporate product and technology teams.
• Identifying any project risks and implementing workarounds to minimize impacts on the project.
• Completing project deliverables and obtaining sign-off on the completion of project milestones.
• Creating and finalizing project close-out documents.
• Perform after-hours emergency support for projects requiring immediate assistance.
