RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
⢠Accounts receivable
⢠Accounts payable
⢠Invoicing and receiving payments
⢠Reconciling bank statements
⢠Semi-monthly payroll
⢠Preparing EDD, IRS, and other governmental agency forms
⢠Financial statements
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
⢠QuickBooks proficient
⢠Accounting degree a plus
⢠Professional demeanor
⢠Ability to maintain composure and focus in a fast-paced work environment
⢠Ability to multi-task
⢠Excellent organizational and time management skills
⢠Attention to detail
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⢠Bilingual preferred
⢠Property management and/or real estate experience a plus
