Exciting opportunity to be a Community Manager for a 120-unit community!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
⢠Actively involved in ensuring first-class property curb appeal
⢠Prepare monthly report for Portfolio Manager, documenting vacancies, leases, and other matters related to operations
⢠Coordinate and work with third-party vendors for maintenance and repairs
⢠Ensure timely payment and collection of rents
⢠Adhere to and promote all fair housing regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
⢠Polished presentation skills
⢠Proven sales skills
⢠Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
⢠Strong verbal and written communication skills
⢠Team player
⢠An eye for details
⢠Intermediate computer skills/internet savvy
⢠Bilingual preferred
⢠Property management and/or real estate experience required
