RN Needed For:
S.O.C.- Admitting patients to agency
Discharging patients
Resumption of patient care
Maintains an ongoing responsibility for assigned caseload.
Regularly conducts Case Care Conferences
Counsels the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year experience
Bilingual a plus
Current CPR certification
Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements
Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
Reliable transportation
