Palms Property Management is a full service property management organization specializing in mobile home communities. We are seeking a temporary Property Manager for an all age, mobile home park in Holtville, Ca.
Daily tasks:
Report to office in person
Answer phones
Assist residents
Pass out notices
Communicate with main office any pertinent issues
Assist with onsite compliance with community rules
This is an immediate need and requires someone to be available ASAP to start. This role could also go Temporary to Hire!
Looking for a QUALIFIED CANDIDATE who possesses the following skills:
Basic Office Skills
Basic computer skills
Interpersonal communication skills, Strong customer service skills
Ability to drive a car with a valid CA driver’s license to and from work
Ability to read and write English; speak English and understand spoken English. Bi-lingual in Spanish, is highly preferred.
