Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager Position Available. Tax credit/section 42 (IRS) experience preferred. Approximately 170+ Units.
Responsibilities include ensuring requirements of all affordable housing programs and related compliance is met and maintained in a complete and accurate manner, including but not limited to conducting the certification and subsequent re-certification of all households at the site, reviewing resident move-in files for the site, and attending TCAC inspections.
20 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Will vary based on business needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in affordable housing and knowledge of, experience with, and certification in tax credit/Section 42. Professional presentation, above-average communication skills, ability to prioritize, problem-solving abilities required.
