Our company provides a full back office solution to many large companies across various sectors. Our core service offering to our clients comprises of monthly closes, payroll administration, accounts payables & receivables cycles, benefit administration, budgeting & forecasting, raising money in the form of debt & equity financing and a slew of other services. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
⢠Submit Semi-Monthly and Bi-weekly payroll for clients
⢠Update internal Excel schedules for all clients
⢠Assist with benefits administration
⢠Assist with setting up multi-state payroll and associated accounts with relevant jurisdictions
⢠Assist Staff Accountants with admin duties such as pulling invoices and bank statements
⢠Onboarding new employees in our payroll system
⢠Maintain Human Resources and Payroll files
⢠Assist with office duties such as ordering supplies and manage incoming mail
⢠Assist in other areas such as month end and year end closes
⢠Respond to client's requests as needed
⢠Other duties assigned
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
⢠Intermediate to Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
⢠Payroll Processing Experience for 3+ years; multi-state payroll knowledge is a plus
⢠Familiar with labor law
⢠Open minded: thinks outside the box due to the ever-changing industry
⢠Works well independently and with groups
⢠Has a great sense of business and financial judgement
⢠Accurate and pays very close attention to detail
⢠Able to learn new programs and apps as needed
⢠Proficient with Google Sheets
⢠Able to work in a fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
⢠This is primarily a sedentary position. May be required to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.
