Established not-for-profit consumer credit counseling organization in Riverside seeks up to 20 friendly, energetic and detail oriented Customer Service Representatives for a project processing COVID-19 Relief Fund Applications for renters. This temporary assignment will last approximately 6 weeks.
Duties include reviewing applications to ensure all fields are filled correctly and meet requirements for processing, and making contact with renter or landlord to confirm submitted information.
Candidates must be able to work through the holidays, with the exceptions of Thanksgiving day, Christmas Day and New Years day. Candidates must be able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed. Start time 8 am. Pay $17 per hour. Professional call center environment. Passing a background check and drug screen required.
