Pacific Barcode's label production and converting facility is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

We are looking for a self-motivated person who can successfully work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail. The following abilities are required:

Process Oriented Coordinate Customer Transactions
Communicate with customers, salespeople and production staff as orders are processed through our system
Accurate entry of information, estimates and custom products.
Verify quantities and pricing on all repeat ordersProvide Daily Sales Support
Follow up on all customer inquiries and requests
Acknowledge changes to orders and ship dates
Provide shipping/tracking information to customers
Maintain and update customer records and filesData Entry
Ensure that all customer order information is accurate.
Above average attention to detail
Full Time
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm.
$14.00-$16.00/hr start DOE
