Coyne & Associates Education Corporation, a best practice provider of ABA-based services to young children with autism, is looking for a BCBA Supervisor to join our team in the Inland Empire region of southern California.

We focus primarily on early intervention, providing direct services to children up to age 12; 60% of the kiddos we serve are under 3, 90% are under 7.
Coyne has developed an intensive training protocol for all staff to ensure that every child receives high quality, best practice ABA intervention services.

We are committed to science-based performance management. Our BCBAs are trained to use state-of-the-art OBM principles to coach our 1:1 instructors.
Our staff work very hard, Monday through Friday, 8 to 6, our scheduled session times. Coyne does not typically schedule sessions in the evenings or on weekends; consequently, a nice balance of career and personal life is easy to attain.
Because a large percentage of the services we provide are home-based, we actively help parents and caregivers acquire the skills necessary to effectively support their children. By doing so, we help improve the quality of life of the entire family.

Job Requirements:
Current certification as a BCBA is preferred
Previous experience (minimum 12 months) supervising ABA intervention programs for young children with autism spectrum disorder
Current CA driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverage
Current Basic Life Support certification
Strong organization skills and work ethic
