Miramonte Winery is looking for a team players to work in our Flower Hill Bistro. The primary function of this position is to assist the food servers and kitchen staff while providing an unforgettable winery experience. Overall responsibilities include but are not limited to opening and closing the winery, bussing, stocking, food running, dishwashing as needed, adhering to company procedures and maintaining a clean and presentable environment to serve the guest. Position is part time. Weekend and holiday availability is a MUST.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
High school diploma or equivalent
The ability to work under pressure, set priorities, and accomplish a wide variety of tasks
Demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism and a positive presentation.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Set up and break down bars, including cleaning, stocking, and facility maintenance.
Washing dishes and glassware, polishing glassware and redistributing to bars.
-Previous restaurant or winery experience is preferred
