Job Description;
Get down and dirty, or shall we say sparkly as our Food Production Team Supervisor! Work inside a “glitter and edible foods” production facility where you and your team will be color mixing, producing, labeling and jarring various edible products such as “edible glitters, luster dusts, edible sprinkles” and more.
This position is Full Time, will start at $18/hr. with 2-weeks paid training. During your 2-week training, if you do not already have a food-handlers card, the company will help enroll you to receive the required certification. As the Supervisor of the production team, you are responsible for making edible food products and leading your team to a dazzling success!
Day to Day Responsibilities;
Manage a team of 6-10 production team staff members in the department
Manage schedule of all staff
Lead team to Produce, package, label, and jar edible products
Assist in managing the daily activities to achieve excellent performance
Clean the commercial kitchen regularly & always maintain a cleanly work area.
Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
Work in a fast-paced and high energy environment that requires you to shift priorities
Create an environment that is fun, friendly, clean, and safe
Ideal candidates have a great attitude and excellent work ethic
You need to have;
Minimum of 2 years of “supervisor” or “manager” experience in the restaurant, food prep/ related industry
Have the ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Must be local to our production facility located in Loma Linda, CA
