Role Overview
As a Front Counter Cashier & Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your smile, energy, and people skills set the tone for their great experience. You’ll handle transactions, greet guests, and ensure everyone feels welcome in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and make them feel at home
Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently
Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations with enthusiasm
Support the team by keeping the front counter and dining area clean and organized
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment
Qualifications
Must love people and enjoy engaging with guests
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (days and nights)
