The Toasted Barrel is an upscale casual full service steak house. For 2018 & 2019 we were named BEST restaurant in our classification with The Inland Empire Magazine. We have a full bar but our main drink is wine, 330 different labels! We won Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for our wine program and food menu which put us in the same class as Duane's at The Mission Inn and Fleming's.
We are looking for 2-3 experienced line Cooks. Must have a minimum of 3-years experience, transportation and live no further than 30 minutes away.
We are only open for dinner service 7 days a week 4-9 and 4-10 on weekends. Sunday brunch 10-2
Cooks will have the ability to work from 3 to 5 days.
