JOB SUMMARY:
Provide care for individuals with Special Needs at their place of Residence.
Part Time or Full Time Available.
Several Shifts Available.
Mornings, Afternoons, Overnights and Weekends.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE :
Care Provider Duties Include: Assisting residents with personal care, teaching skills of daily living, assisting with daily prescribed medication, Medical Appointments, daily charting, community outings, some cooking, house keeping etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass a health screen and TB. No criminal background. Must have transportation, have a positive attitude, dependable, responsible, reliable, punctual, honest and caring.Must be able to multi task, be part of a team, quick learner, willing to train.
