Hello, my name is Joseph, I'm looking for the following position for myself, a 35 year old male. I'm a Quadriplegic with pretty much no physical mobility but am able to and prefer to go out and function on my own at times. I have a tracheotomy but only use a Ventilator at night.
part-time, or on-call caregivers:
Must be available sometime during any given week. Shift times are 8hrs daily (3:00pm-11:00pm), I will answer any questions regarding the schedule. Duties include: Bed baths, hygiene/grooming, occasional body lifting, feeding, respiratory care, repositioning, transferring to & from wheelchair(with Hoyer lift), light house keeping, meal preparation, laundry, occasional errands and weekly shopping.(Willing to Train)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
CAREGIVING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
MUST BE IN SYSTEM WITH IHSS
MUST be able to EFFICIENTLY communicate in English.
Must have the physical strength to complete tasks.
Reliable transportation.
