Requirements:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Experience with PPO and HMO insurance
Previous experience in a medical office setting
Current CPR
Daily Tasks, but not limited to the following:
Answer phone calls and welcome patients
Data entry: enter patient information, billing insurance, following up, and sending statements
Make and confirm appointments, collect payments
Explain treatment plans to patients
Verify insurance
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in data entry and medical billing software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Type at least 30WPM
