Full Time Maintenance Position, Large Apartment Community in Riverside. Hours required are Tuesday Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. You will be working with a three (3) person maintenance team and two (2) persons management team.
Duties include plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, painting, and clean up on both the interior and exterior of the community.
Time is generally split between preparing apartments for occupancy and responding to work orders. Tasks include but are not limited to repairing drywall, doors, cabinets, verifying electrical and plumbing fixtures are operational, repair as necessary, painting, clearing drains, repairing leaks, etc. You must have ability to work off of a checklist and be responsible for your work.
