We are a Property Management company and we are looking for Experienced Managers, Maintenance Techs and Leasing Agents for our properties in San Bernardino.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Installation of drywall and/or drywall repairs
- Turning a unit
- Flooring installation
- Appliance repair
- Move out inspections
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid CA driver's license and a car to use for work
- Ability to work in US
- Must have Maintenance experience for at least 2 years
- High School diploma is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to project a professional appearance at all times
- Have tools
