We ask that you are open to being flexible to work weekends. There is plenty of product to trim and we will work until it is gone.
Location:
● Cathedral City Inland empire, CA and Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Contract – Employee
Salary: $14.50 to start. Plus, minimum incentive requirements (around 5 cents per gram trimmed) The more you trim the more you will make.
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
Requirements:
● At least 21 years of age and are willing to participate in a background check
● Fingerprint or Live Scan or ability to complete one.
● Reliable transportation and government issued photo identification
● Positive attitude, work well with others
● On time and work regular scheduled hours
● Trustworthy, motivated and hardworking or be willing to learn these things
● Knowledge of marijuana plant anatomy and cultivars preferred
● Ability to focus on task for a long period of time
● Ability to work in in uncomfortably hot, cold, dry, dank, bright, or dark spaces
● Ability to lift up to 50lbs and spend 8 hours on your feet or sitting bending/working with hands while crouched under plants.
Job Duties:
● Trim transplant, defoliate, water, harvest and process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and the cultivation facility’s policies and procedures.
● Work with the grow department to execute trimming Removing large fan leaves and branches using hands.
● Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, and/or machines.
● Follow directions from supervisor(s). Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
● Adheres to the cultivation facility’s safety standards to maintain a safe, clean working environment
● You will be doing the same thing every day so the ability to stay focused and work quickly while staying on task is essential.
● Self-motivated, positive attitude is a MUST & professional (must be on time.)
