I am looking to hire a hard working individual who would like to work as a fence installer.
Physically, the applicant must be able to dig holes, lift heavy items, and stand on their feet for long periods of time.
A valid driver's license and a High School Degree/GED are required.
The applicant must be able to pass regular drug tests.
This is a tough and demanding job but if you have a willingness to learn, are able to make it to work on-time everyday, and can work well in a team, then this job can turn into a very nice career.

Work boots and appropriate work pants are required on day one.
Starting Pay: $15 per hour
Benefits: 50% subsidized health insurance after 3 months, and 3% IRA Match after 2 years.
Employee must enroll in the company provided Kaiser plan. Moore Fence only pays 50% of the monthly premium, all other expenses must be covered by the employee, the other 50% of the monthly premium is taken out of the employees paycheck. The employee must wait for the open enrollment period before adding them self to the plan. The employee can add dependents to their plan but dependent's cost is not subsidized by Moore Fence.
