A large and reputable construction company is looking to hire an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for properties in the Orange County areas. We are hiring immediately for a dependable, skilled technician who can handle all aspects of apartment maintenance and repairs.
Duties include:
General apartment maintenance and repairs
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance troubleshooting
Preventive maintenance and work orders
Ensuring all repairs meet safety and code standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of apartment or multifamily maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of building systems and repairs
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have your own tools.
