Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Perris, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $20/hour
We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team on 1st shift at our Perris, CA facility. This role is responsible for supporting building and equipment maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Essential Job Duties:
Inspect equipment and facilities to identify repair needs
Troubleshoot mechanical and facility issues
Plan and perform repair work using manuals or blueprints as needed
Perform general maintenance and repairs without the need for specialized contractors
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
Assist with facility cleanliness and general upkeep
Order maintenance supplies and materials
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience:
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance staff
Knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, and repairs
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Bilingual with Spanish
