Seeking an associate attorney for family law office. Attorney should have excellent writing skills and ability to work with clients and staff. Attorney will make court appearances, draft pleadings, conduct legal research, prepare points and authorities, briefs, respond to discovery, prepare declarations of disclosure and other judicial council forms. Candidate should have 1 to 3 years of family law or family law-related experience. The primary courts in which appearances are made are San Bernardino, Pomona, Riverside and down Los Angeles.
Starting salary is based upon experience, plus annual bonus. Benefits include 10 personal days and paid holidays after 90 days. Professional liability insurance is included. A $250.00 monthly contribution towards health insurance is provided.
