NEXT GENERATION DIRECTOR/PASTOR
Would you like to be a part of a new movement of God in the Southern California area? If so, then Cornerstone Community Church of the Nazarene might be the place for you. We are (currently) a very small congregation developing a very big vision for this community and beyond.
We have a charter school moving to our campus in August 2021 and with them will come up to 400 students, K-7th grades, along with all the parents and extended family. We are seeking a Next Generation Director/Pastor who will take the lead in developing ministries that will reach out to these children and families. If you are the kind of leader that likes to make things happen and has a bigger gas pedal than brake pedal, we would love to hear from you.
Position Overview
1. This person needs to have a big dream for reaching this next generation and will develop a vision for that dream.
2. This person must be self-motivated.
3. This person will build teams of volunteers to assist in reaching this Next Generation.
4. This person will spend time on campus during the week seeking to connect and build relationships with students, parents and school staff.
5. On Sunday’s they will be responsible for providing a Children’s Church ministry.
6. They will be responsible for overseeing the Next Generation Ministries as they are developed.
7. They will work with Pastor and leadership team in developing, supporting and pursuing the overall Vision of Cornerstone Community Church.

Who Are We?
Cornerstone was established in Chino CA. in 1977. We are blessed to own five acres of land, much of which can still be developed. Cornerstone is a Purpose Driven Church. That means we are guided, controlled and directed by the purposes of God which we believe to be Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Ministry and Evangelism. As we come out of these challenging times of this pandemic, we are developing a Great Vision for how God will use us to change lives in this community and around the world. We are VERY excited about a charter school that will be coming on our campus very soon and all the ministry opportunity that affords us.
