Osterkamp Transportation Group is seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual to fill an Administrative Clerk position for our shop location in Pomona, CA. This individual must be a reliable and a self-starter with the desire to grow and develop into a long-term employee. This is a full time position with great benefits and room for growth. Pay is commensurate with experience and will be discussed during initial interview.
DETAILS/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm
Pay is depending on experience and will be discussed during initial interview.
Copy data and compile records and reports. Tabulate and post data into computer system.
Answer phones and provide customer assistance in response to inquiries.
Perform general office duties and operate office machines.
Perform other task and projects as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Functional literacy and ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent computer skills and experience with Data Entry, Microsoft, Word, Outlook, Excel and spreadsheets.
Must be able to work effectively with all personnel.
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
Regular and predictable full attendance is an essential function of the job.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual in Spanish
Extensive knowledge in data entry and Excel spreadsheets.
