Coordinator
Review and understand COMMERCIAL construction project plans, drawings and specifications.
Create cost estimates and budgets
Create complete detailed scopes of work for bidding and contracting
Solicit bids from Sub-contractors
Qualify and spread subcontractor bids
Review bids for Accuracy and Completion
Prepare job budget
Produce and/or respond to RFI’s RFP’s and CO’s
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Effectively communicate project issues to owners and other internal office personnel.
Qualifications:
Previous Commercial Construction Estimating
Ability to work on multiple projects
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Self motivated and team player
Able to multi-task
Full Time position – Immediate opening
Salary depends upon experience.
