About the Role:
EXP Fulfillment is seeking an experienced Logistics / Routing Coordinator to manage day-to-day routing of orders for our retail and off-price clients. This role works closely with clients, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience routing orders through retail/off-price vendor systems, including but not limited to:
retail clients: Walmart (Retail Link/WebEDI), Target vendor/EDI portal, Dollar Tree vendor/EDI systems, Five Below vendor/EDI systems
Off-price/discount retailers: TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods (TJX EDI), Ross (off-price EDI portals)
This is not a training role. Candidates must already know how to use these portals to route and process orders. WMS/EDI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Route and schedule daily orders through the vendor portals.
Coordinate with clients, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate fulfillment.
Use WMS/EDI systems to track orders, update shipment status, and ensure compliance.
Prepare shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, and routing confirmations.
Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure retail/off-price requirements are met.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of direct experience routing orders through the listed retail/off-price portals. Hands-on experience with WMS/EDI systems.
Strong understanding of retail/off-price routing, compliance, and fulfillment processes.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent communication skills.
