Job Responsibilities:

Answer phones, helping order entry, RMA processing, document filing. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, include Word, Excel. Experience with EDI is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is RELIABLE, will show up on time, will work at a quick pace, is accurate, is very detailed, ORGANIZED, and will not grow complacent. Has to be able to type 40+ words per minute.

Our business is growing quickly and we need someone who can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be able to assist our team at a moment's notice. Along with excellent work skills, we desire someone with a great personality that will get along with our coworkers. Must work well with others.

Request:

Must be fluent in English and Chinese(as plus).

Must have own commuter.

Office Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

Organization, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Reporting Research Results, Verbal Communication, and Speed.

No working experience required.

This is a full time job, Monday - Friday, insurance and bonus.
