We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Ontario, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory. This role requires a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
-Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.
-Operate a forklift to move and organize materials within the warehouse. A valid forklift license is preferred.
-Manage inventory by accurately logging items in our system and conducting regular stock counts.
-Prepare and package orders for outgoing shipments.
-Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols.
-Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Qualifications:
-Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
-Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
-Proficiency in operating a forklift, with a valid forklift license strongly preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to be responsible and reliable.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and stand for extended periods.
