Position: Director of Sales (3PL Fulfillment)
Pay: $18/hour (DOE) + High Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day (In-office)
Who We Are:
We are a fast-growing 3PL fulfillment company, providing logistics, warehousing, and distribution services. We’re looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a proven track record and existing industry connections to drive immediate results.
Who We Need:
A seasoned sales leader with at least 4 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or fulfillment sales who can secure 4–5 new clients per month using their pre-existing network.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage Existing Leads: Convert your industry contacts into paying clients.
Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Drive revenue through targeted outreach and marketing efforts.
Close Deals & Build Relationships: Turn prospects into long-term clients.
Achieve Results: Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet aggressive targets.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or fulfillment sales
Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed sales goals
Pre-existing industry connections and active leads
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
Experience with CRM tools and sales automation
Compensation:
$18/hour (DOE) + HIGH Commission:
Clients generating <$5K/month → $500 commission
Clients generating $5K–$15K/month → $1,000 commission
Clients generating >$15K/month → $1,500 commission
Commission paid upon the first completed client invoice
Expectations:
Must bring in results immediately—this role is for closers, not learners.
4–5 new paying clients per month is the standard, not the goal.
