We’re expanding our outreach team and looking for motivated, confident individuals who enjoy connecting with people and helping homeowners improve their properties.
This is not a commission-only position — every representative receives a guaranteed hourly base pay, plus commissions and performance bonuses on top.
We provide a strong base because we believe in the value of our services and in the potential of our team members to succeed.
As part of our field team, you’ll meet homeowners face-to-face in local neighborhoods, introduce them to our wide range of remodeling and home upgrade solutions, and help schedule free consultations.

Responsibilities
Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
Initiate friendly, professional conversations about their home needs
Gather and submit homeowner details for follow-up appointments
Accurately enter lead data into our system
Represent the company with confidence and professionalism

Able to walk or stand for extended periods
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet
