Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irwindale. This role will involve assisting customers with their orders, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist customers in selecting products and placing orders.
- Provide detailed information about our product offerings and pricing.
- Process orders and manage customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using computers and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of construction materials is a plus.
- Bilingual
