Power Automedia (www.powerautomedia.com) a leading digital media company in the automotive industry, has an opening for an Executive Producer/General Manager to lead our Video Production Division: Alloy Studios. This individual must have a background in video production, leadership, and automotive performance. We are seeking a passionate individual who is highly organized, has the ability to lead people, projects, and tasks at a high level.

About the Job
The Executive Producer/GM is responsible for creative leadership, the video organization, strategy, structure, operations, and people. This position is the top leader, accountable for the quality of our work and the happiness of our customers including internal project such as original programming. You will be leading our video producers, video editors, camera operators, and project managers. This position is based in Temecula (Murrieta), California.
Responsibilities:
Creative & Operational Leadership of the Video Division, including hiring & staff development
Provide direct management of video team & staff members (approx 10)
Coordinate & oversee pre-production, production, filming schedules
Insure on-time delivery and quality of video production
Steward the creation and execution of original programming
Engage in key sales and customer interaction
Communicate strategy and results to the team
Engage with leadership team with broader organizational strategy planning
Skills & Experience:
4-5 Years Experience as an Executive Producer/GM or similar.
Strong automotive performance background required.
Complete expert-level understanding of video production process.
Experience as a creator - developer of Automotive programming
Mid to Upper Level Project management skills
