We are a small business electrical contractor seeking an experienced Field Project Manager/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills, with the ability to assess, design, and manage lighting and electrical projects from concept to completion.
This role works closely with company owners, sales representatives, and our lead electrician to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support field installation teams
Assist with site assessments, estimates, and project planning
Collaborate directly with the lead electrician to coordinate project tasks and resolve field challenges
Schedule and manage crews to ensure timely project completion
Evaluate project designs and provide technical input
Partner with owners and sales staff on project execution
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
Qualifications:
Proven field experience in electrical or lighting installations
Strong background in lighting and electrical systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
