I worked for this company called Med connect. I just wanted to warn others about the shadiness, unorganization and overall experience I had working here. This company is a complete joke and isn’t worth your time so don’t bother applying. Their vehicles are old and their lifts don’t work properly. Working with them is more of a headache than it’s worth. They don’t pay overtime like it’s required by state law and you can end up working an upwards of 12-14 hours a day. You also won’t get your breaks or lunches that are owed after working two hours for your break and your 30min lunch after four hours after starting your day. You also won’t get any extra breaks or lunches if you work past 8hours like it is also required by California state law. On top of all that they refuse to pay you for any down time you may have between patients which can range anywhere from 1-3 hours. So you will be sitting on the clock without getting paid for it due to their incompetence and poor scheduling. Trust me it’s not worth the headache or your time to even bother working for these people.
