We currently are looking for an entry-level E-Commerce Specialist to join our Direct Sales team at our Corona facility. Position Summary: The E-Commerce Specialist in collaboration with the aFe inventory team will coordinate and implement sales for targeted aFe products via aFe's web stores on applicable overstock and liquidation portals. This position will provide customer support and will work with internal teams to analyze and identify inventory for clearance purposes.

Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned):

Manages orders within the Ecommerce customer portals (Overstock, eBay, etc.)

Loads, monitors and maintains product listings on the various marketplaces (title, description, images, reviews, prices, products specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking and sales.

Pulls and scrubs reports and presents findings to management.

Works with internal inventory teams, sales and product management to identify products for listing, and ensure product data accuracy and appropriate pricing.

Works closely with Shipping Department to confirm outgoing shipments meet established marketplace parameters to maintain seller level.

Acts as the key point of contact for assigned channels for both sales and customer service; addresses customer questions and issues and follows up on orders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Highly organized with the ability to self-prioritize

Intermediate to advanced computer skills with strong internet browser /data manipulation skills

Intermediate MS Office skills and comfort working in Excel spreadsheets.

Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

Motivation to sell and sense of urgency to follow up and respond to inquiries as required.

General understanding of automotive parts, preferred.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma / GED required and one year in a direct sales or customer service position, or relevant combination of education and experience.

Automotive enthusiast mindset, desirable.
