Our client in the Streaming Entertainment industry is looking for an Sr. or Lead level Data Engineer who has previous Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) experience. The role is contract-to-hire. This person will need to have leadership mentality and be ready to come in and hit the ground running. The role will be remote and then on-site in the West Hollywood location.

Our client is looking for someone who has Server Side experience, can code in Java, have worked on Backend systems such as video processing, content, and/or revenue systems.
Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience being in a Lead or Sr. Role
• SDET / QA background
• Java
• AWS (Redshift)
• Kafka
• Tableau, Looker or Power BI

Desired Skills & Experience

• Snowflake
