Our client is seeking a passionate and seasoned Digital Analyst to join the team! The Digital Analyst will play a critical role in delivering accurate, insightful analysis to drive decision-making throughout the organization. To succeed in the role, the Digital Analyst must possess a high attention to detail and be curios to understand the “why” behind performance and have the ability to create and support a story based on quantitative findings.
Essential Functions of this Role:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital Marketing and CRM reporting and ownership of driving homogenization of data layer, tagging, and Multi-Channel attribution model optimization.
  • Manage the company’s global Attribution model which includes its refinement, presentation and communication on insights and trends for all global DTC ecommerce storefronts.
  • Partner with Head of Digital, Finance and Ops to drive margin dilution project identification based on analysis of drivers.
  • Manage and evolve existing (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) reporting structure.
  • Support business partners with ad-hoc reporting and in-depth website and app analysis.
  • Design effective and impactful reports and visualizations for business and technical audiences
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics partners to determine needs and assist with defining data collection requirements.
  • Work with implementation specialists to validate website tracking.
  • Leverage analytics to continuously recommend optimization tactics that will improve site and mobile app performance and engagement.
  • Define and execute quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of analytical output.
  • Create presentations to highlight analysis and tell the story.
  • Proactively monitor eCommerce platform for changes in customer behavior and communicate these insights, with commercial thinking, clearly to the Direct and broader team to drive change.
  • Investigate specific issues and propose solutions by analyzing data from a wide range of sources including digital analytics data, customer feedback, and session replay tools.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to develop multi-variant A/B tests, and support post-test analysis.
  • Maintain working knowledge of industry best practices and changes in analytics platforms and identify how they impact existing programs.
  • Build relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making
  • Ability to design tagging strategies and effectively QA analytics tracking on mobile platforms
  • Proactive curiosity to understand the “Why” behind performance, decisions, etc.
  • Ability managing deadlines and excellent at prioritizing workload in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain and grow relationships with partners/clients/team
  • Strong attention to detail

Required Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance or related fields
  • 3+ hands-on professional experience in Digital and Web Analytics
  • Experience with Optimizely, Google Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Klaviyo, Feedonomics and other digital marketing platforms, BI and analytical tools
  • Excellent with insight generation and building a narrative around the data
  • Strong understanding of tagging, SEO and SEM techniques
  • Experience performing data and business analysis
  • Experience with SAP, SAC
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other MS Office tools
  • Experience with Slack, Asana, Confluence/JIRA
  • Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python
  • Experience with A/B testing and website optimization
  • Experience with agile, iterative development methodology
  • Understanding of data architecture, platforms and cloud technologies is a plus
